In Slovenia... 21 - 24 March 2009

Imagine you have a client dreaming of the most incredible head table décor for her wedding. The party is at Hotel Toplice on Saturday march 21st. The dressed up table and the décor have to be installed before 17:00h as the guests will arrive shortly after.

Up to you to include or not a backdrop, hearts, columns or any other element. Just make her wish come true. Create an unforgettable moment with a décor stating their eternal love.

Gold Silver and Bronze awards will be given special wood award.

1st prize will be given special wood award and air force - Conwin compresor.

Second prize will be given special wood award and Nikoloon pump.

A square area will be allocated, measuring 3 by 3 meters (including chairs), the max height will be 3 meters high.

A table measuring:…90 x 180cm.. can be provided. No damaging or permanent attaching to the table is allowed.

The finished work may be visible (judged) from all angles.

Building commences on site Saturday 21 March 2009 at 09.00 am and must be completed by 17:00h

Some elements can be prepared in advance and assembled on site.

No rigging or attaching to the building is allowed.

If needed the organizers must be able to move the competition piece

Every element in the arrangement should last till Monday 23d of March

All balloons must be Qualatex and the design must be from 80% of balloons.

Balloon product will be supplied free of charge if a drawing and product list is submitted NO LATER THAN 1 March 2009. Please submit to Renata Fric CBA on info@magic.si Also ,if needed Helium and Inflating equipment can be provided free of charge, but only if you asked in advance until 1.march 2009.

Space is limited and the organizers reserve the right to decline your application. Sculptures may be moved after completion.

Sculptures must be dismantled and cleared on Monday 23d of March between 15.30 and 17.00 hours.

Pioneer will own the rights to all photographs and may publish these in images magazine or other publications or advertisement features and fliers. Credit will be given to the artist/s in all cases.

Judges will be drawn from Pioneer, Magic d.o.o. and Qualatex Approved Instructors.

Penalty points or exclusion, decided by the judges, will be for the following:

The sculpture must not exceed the stated size

Only Qualatex Balloons to be used.

The sculpture must be completed on time.

Balloons must be the most important elements in the arrangement

A total of 75 points will be given for:

10 points The arrangement must meet the theme.

15 points Technical merit

10 points The piece must be of the highest standard Visual Impact

10 points The piece must be visually striking due to good use of colors

10 points The concept should be original.

10 points Judges will be looking for innovation and detail

10 points Judges will favor pieces that are commercially viable.

Based on these points Gold Silver and Bronze awards will be given.

61 and above = gold

51-60 points = silver

41-50 points = Bronze

the highest scores will receive 1st and second prize

The Judges decision is final.

No alternative to the stated prize is on offer.

The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner on Sunday.
